If your ordering this to install yourself on a existing memorial headstone or marker ~ just follow these simple instructions on how to install your Adorn Images porcelain image to a granite headstone ~
NOTE: Needs to be above 60 degrees to install and to give time for the special 3M VHB Tape to properly adhere to the granite.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
· Our Adorn ImagesPorcelain Portrait with VHB (Very High Bond) Tape mounted to the back
· Rubbing Alcohol Wipe – Included with order
· Ruler/Measuring Tape
· Duct Tape/Electrical tape (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Clean the area of the headstone you want to place the photo with rubbing alcohol wipe and let dry completely. (just a few minutes)
2. Measure and center the ceramic photo where you would like it to go. Measure carefully as removing and remounting the ceramic photo will lessen the holding power of the 3M VHB Tape. If desired, you may use small pieces of duct tape or electrical tape to create place markers around the area where you will be placing the ceramic photo, just make sure the tape is will not be underneath the ceramic once installed.
3. Now that you are ready to place the porcelain portrait, peel back the backing on the VHB Tape covering the back of the picture. Then firmly press it against the headstone and hold it there for a minute. Remove duct tape/electrical tape markers if used.
4. Sit back & admire your work!
