Certificate of Limited Lifetime Warranty
This will certify that our memorial portraits are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the life of the monument to which it is attached due to fading or cracking due to weather. In such an event we will replace the memorial portrait at no charge. You will need to return the damaged item or a photograph of the damaged item acceptable to us along with your proof of purchase for a replacement. {Note: Theft or damage by other forces to the porcelain image is NOT COVERED!}

We use the latest state-of-the-art technology along with propriety toner which is used to create our high resolution, up to 1200 dpi, digital transfer of photographic images to a porcelain or steel enamel item.
